Abstract

சிறுகதைகளுக்கு வரையப்படும் ஓவியங்கள் பல செய்திகளை வாசகர்களுக்குச் சொல்கின்றன. ஆகவே, வாசகர்களை ஈர்ப்பதற்கே கதைகளும் அதனோடு பல ஓவியங்களும் எழுத்துப்படிவங்களில் வரையப்படுகின்றன. இதற்கிடையில், சிறுகதையின் பாத்திரங்களைக்  கோடுகள் கொண்ட ஓவியத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி செயலாக்கப்பட வேண்டியது ஓர் ஓவியரின் இலக்காகும். இந்த ஆய்வின்  நோக்கமானது, ஓவியர் கஷ்வி சிறுகதைக்கு வரைந்த ஓவியங்களை அடையாளங்கண்டு அவை உணர்த்தும் செய்திகளை அல்லது பொருளைக் குறியியல் (Semiotics) எனும் கோட்பாட்டியல் மூலம் விளக்குவதாகும். ஓவியத்தில் காணப்படும் குறிகளும் (signs) அவை தொடர்பான பொருளும் (meaning) எவ்வாறு கடத்தப்படுகின்றன என்பதை அடிப்படையாக வைத்து இவ்வாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது. விளக்க அட்டவணையைத் துணையாகக் கொண்டு ஓவியத்தின் குறியீடுகள் விளக்கப்படுகிறது. எனவே, 2019ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி மாதத்தில் மலேசிய நண்பன் ஞாயிறு பதிப்புச் செய்தித்தாளில் வெளியான ஒரு சிறுகதைக்கு, கஷ்வி எனும் ஓவியரால் வரையப்பட்ட ஓவியத்தைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து, பின் குறியியல் கோட்பாடின் மூலம் குறிகளும் (signs) அக்குறிகளின் பொருளும்  விளக்கப்பட்டன. இதன் மூலம் ஓர் ஓவியத்தின் பொருளை விவரமாகக் குறியீடுகளைக் கொண்டு அறிய முடிகிறது. [Sketches for short stories tell readers many messages. Paintings are painted in order to attract readers to the short story. In the meantime, the goal of a painter is to use a short sketch with striped lines. The purpose of this study is to identify the paintings of the painter Kashivi's for short stories and to interpret them with Semiotics theorems. This is done based on how the signs and meaning of the painting are transmitted. The symbols of the sketch are illustrated via charts. Short story published in the ‘Malaysian Nanban’ Sunday Edition newspaper in January 2019 that sketched by Kashivi was selected and then the meaning of the signs and symbols was explained with semiotic theory.
