Medición de la intención de emprendedores universitarios empleando ecuaciones estructurales

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigacion es analizar las intenciones emprendedoras en estudiantes universitarios en la Universidad de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca (USFXCH), para explicar el fenomeno de los factores que influyen significativamente en la intencion emprendedora se aplico el modelo de la Teoria de la Accion Planificada (TAP), en una muestra de estudiantes que se profesionalizan en las diferentes areas de la USFXCH. Los datos fueron obtenidos mediante la aplicacion de un cuestionario validado a una muestra de 236 estudiantes, usando el modelado de ecuaciones estructurales y software Smart - (PLS). El resultado mas relevante indica que la Conducta de Control Percibido tienen un efecto significativo sobre la intension emprendedora. Estos resultados nos indican que la formacion academica en la universidad tiene que reforzarse para elevar la actitud personal y la conducta del control percibido que deriva finalmente en una mayor intencion emprendedora y orientar a los universitarios en una formacion emprendedora.Palabras Clave: Emprendimiento; Universitarios; intencion emprendedora; modelo TAP.   AbstractThe objective of this research work is to analyze the entrepreneurial intentions of university students at the University of San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca (USFXCH), to explain the phenomenon of factors that significantly influence entrepreneurial intention, the model of the Theory of the Planned Action (TAP), in a sample of students that are professionalized in the different areas of the USFXCH. The data were obtained by applying a validated questionnaire to a sample of 236 students, using the modeling of structural equations and Smart - software (PLS). The most relevant result indicates that the Perceived Control Conduct have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial intention. These results indicate that the academic training in the university has to be reinforced to elevate the personal attitude and the behavior of the perceived control that ultimately results in a greater entrepreneurial intention and to guide the university students in an entrepreneurial training.Keywords: Entrepreneurship; University students; entrepreneurial intention; TAP model.
